He was on time, great customer service, I had an issue with my A/C unit and was having a panic attack thinking I would need a new unit but that wasn't the issue. Behind the A/C unit was a piece of equipment that was burnt, which was causing the smell of smoke. Jethro fixed the issue and I am so very pleased with the service.
