Mike came to our residence to repair our AC and he was so friendly, pleasant, professional, and competent. Cousins Air was a lifesaver for me and my tenant. They came out immediately to assess the situation and determine the problem with the A/C. They came out the next day and replaced it. All in the aftermath of the hurricane that hit Florida just a week or so before. I couldn't believe the professionalism and kindness of all I spoke to, especially Dave who supervised the installation. I can't thank you all enough. I would recommend Cousins Air to everyone I know. “I highly recommend this nice young man and the service that Cousins Air provides”

I would like to give Jethro 20 stars. Nothing pleases me more than a professional who knows what they are doing and doing a great job. He was on time, great customer service, I had an issue with my A/C unit and was having a panic attack thinking I would need a new unit but that wasn't the issue. Behind the A/C unit was a piece of equipment that was burnt, which was causing the smell of smoke. Jethro fixed the issue and I am so very pleased with the service. I highly recommend this nice young man and the service that Cousins Air provides.
