Cousins air- conditioning company is extremely well and since my family has resided in Boca Raton since

1976 I can definitively make a claim that no other provider of air-conditioning services comes close to the standards of

Cousins. I have had a great deal of work provided by Cousins and they were the only ones who correctly diagnosed my

problem. Also, a shout out to Ken Santiago who is special and who has provided exceptional service.

I highly recommend Cousins for any and all of your A/C needs. My A/C broke Friday afternoon. The sales manager Jason Ross got back to me right away to discuss my options. I moved forward with a replacement unit and he got me scheduled first thing Monday morning. Casey and Jay were incredible. Very kind and professional. They went above and beyond. After the job was finished they told me they replaced the supply and return plenums even though it wasn’t part of the job and at no extra cost. Any other company would have just hooked up the old duct work. They really show pride in their workmanship and do what is best for the customer. Truly appreciated!! Thanks guys!

“Could not ask for a better company for my air conditioning needs”

WOW!!! Could not ask for a better company for my air conditioning needs. Due to a faulty installation by another company, my relatively new Lennox unit died on Friday. Cousins sent out Adair to diagnose the problem on Friday and on Monday he was back with part to fix my problem. Cousins and Adair were responsive and extremely competent!
