I highly recommend Cousins for any and all of your A/C needs. My A/C broke Friday afternoon. The sales manager Jason Ross got back to me right away to discuss my options. I moved forward with a replacement unit and he got me scheduled first thing Monday morning. Casey and Jay were incredible. Very kind and professional. They went above and beyond. After the job was finished they told me they replaced the supply and return plenums even though it wasn’t part of the job and at no extra cost. Any other company would have just hooked up the old duct work. They really show pride in their workmanship and do what is best for the customer. Truly appreciated!! Thanks guys!

My experience with Kyle was extremely positive. Because of an AC problem, my home was 82 degrees at 10:00 at night. Kyle returned my call and calmly listened and coached me through my issues and tried to gain information first by phone to solve my problem.
