Cousin's A/C installed a new unit in my home about 3 years ago. Everything about the installation went perfectly. This past Friday, of course at the beginning of a holiday weekend, the drain clogged and the unit shut down. I was looking at 4 days without A/C! However, they responded by sending technician Chris out on Saturday morning! He had me up and running in an hour and he graciously answered all of my questions while I watched him work! I want to shout out to Cousins Air for their quick response time and for sending such a qualified tech!

My experience with Kyle was extremely positive. Because of an AC problem, my home was 82 degrees at 10:00 at night. Kyle returned my call and calmly listened and coached me through my issues and tried to gain information first by phone to solve my problem. After he arrived at my home, Kyle was very professional, efficient, knowledgeable , and thorough. It was obvious that he looked for every opportunity to do his best for me as a new client. Cousin Air has a great team. Andrew and Daniel both were very professional. I had Andrew the first day. He did duct cleaning for my Air Condition and change a part that needed to be replaced. He made sure that everything was put in place before he left, Sometimes things happen and I needed a second visit to fix a minor issue with my AC. Daniel showed up on time. He fixed the issue and made sure everything was put back in place before he left. My AC is working. I hope it stays that way for a long time. I want to thank them both for a great job.
