Reade was prompt in arriving. Found the issue within minutes, a wire was off its terminal from a previous repair from another company, Connected the wire and checked the rest of the system. He saved me hundreds of dollars that the another company had quoted for the repair. I will use no other company in the future.

On June 3rd, I will be celebrating 17 years here in Boca Raton and 17 wonderful years with COUSINS AIR. You should know that you have NEVER disappointed me and I surely appreciate the excellent services you consistently provide. I love the fact that you remind me to renew my yearly maintenance policy with a simple email.. BUT, I must tell you the truth is that Chris, my wonderful tech that takes care of my home, he will have the opportunity to renew upon his next scheduled (every 3 months)maintenance and I will pay him in full. I appreciate your reminder. My way gives CHRIS and I the opportunity to talk for a moment and he reassures me that everything is looking good and functioning just perfectly. Thank you ALL again. I also want to remember that nice girl on the phone who calls me or who takes my return calls, she is so sweet and kind, She recognizes my voice already.
