We have had a couple of issues with the AC system, and as summer weather has kicked in a few problems were exposed. Your service people were here most of the day today, adding a return and redirecting a couple of the ducts to correct the situation, and so far so good! They will be back to install one return grill and hopefully we should be done. I spent a good part of my life in the service business so I know all too well that customers are quick to complain, and much less quick to compliment. I just want you to know how happy I am with Cousins' responsiveness, and in particular with how quick and concerned Steve Jeziorwoski and his crew have been in getting things corrected. It is reflective of your company as whole, and validation that Cudmore Builders employs only the best!!

Josh took the time to explain areas of concern in the AC system and did an amazing job. Cousins was on time for service, clean and even wore shoe covers in the house which was a nice surprise as we have little kids that basically live on the floor. Would recommend.

I would like to give Jethro 20 stars. Nothing pleases me more than a professional who knows what they are doing and doing a great job. He was on time, great customer service, I had an issue with my A/C unit and was having a panic attack thinking I would need a new unit but that wasn't the issue. Behind the A/C unit was a piece of equipment that was burnt, which was causing the smell of smoke. Jethro fixed the issue and I am so very pleased with the service. I highly recommend this nice young man and the service that Cousins Air provides.
