“It is so important to know that we have an A/C company that we can trust to be there when we need help”

Our house sitter reports that your technician went above and beyond the normal maintenance. On a very hot day, he spent time to hose down the compressor to make sure it was clean after his service. He also suggested a surge protection be added to our system. We will be following up with that this week. Being a snowbird, it is so important to know that we have an A/C company that we can trust to be there when we need help.

I would like to give Jethro 20 stars. Nothing pleases me more than a professional who knows what they are doing and doing a great job. He was on time, great customer service, I had an issue with my A/C unit and was having a panic attack thinking I would need a new unit but that wasn't the issue. Behind the A/C unit was a piece of equipment that was burnt, which was causing the smell of smoke. Jethro fixed the issue and I am so very pleased with the service. I highly recommend this nice young man and the service that Cousins Air provides.

Cousin's A/C installed a new unit in my home about 3 years ago. Everything about the installation went perfectly. This past Friday, of course at the beginning of a holiday weekend, the drain clogged and the unit shut down. I was looking at 4 days without A/C! However, they responded by sending technician Chris out on Saturday morning! He had me up and running in an hour and he graciously answered all of my questions while I watched him work! I want to shout out to Cousins Air for their quick response time and for sending such a qualified tech!

Routine maintenance done and now I feel confident and secure that my A/C will run all summer long in the south Florida heat, this is very important. Will renew my annual maintenance contract! Had new AC installed and could not be happier! Professional, on time, and CLEAN! At a decent price too for Carrier. Only place to call, Cousins Air. I can really depend on Cousin's Air, I have maintenance contract but when my A/C suddenly stopped working, they were at my place within hours. The float valve they installed worked, because the drip line was clogged it did not overflow. Highly recommend Cousin's.
