Cousin's A/C installed a new unit in my home about 3 years ago. Everything about the installation went perfectly. This past Friday, of course at the beginning of a holiday weekend, the drain clogged and the unit shut down. I was looking at 4 days without A/C! However, they responded by sending technician Chris out on Saturday morning! He had me up and running in an hour and he graciously answered all of my questions while I watched him work! I want to shout out to Cousins Air for their quick response time and for sending such a qualified tech!

He knew how to clean the ducts and replaced the filters because the construction performed in the home had made the flow of air impossible. We have had a couple of issues with the AC system, and as summer weather has kicked in a few problems were exposed. Your service people were here most of the day today, adding a return and redirecting a couple of the ducts to correct the situation, and so far so good! They will be back to install one return grill and hopefully we should be done. I spent a good part of my life in the service business so I know all too well that customers are quick to complain, and much less quick to compliment. Reade was prompt in arriving. Found the issue within minutes, a wire was off its terminal from a previous repair from another company, Connected the wire and checked the rest of the system. He saved me hundreds of dollars that the another company had quoted for the repair. I will use no other company in the future.
