Cousins installed a 4 ton Lennox system in my sons home yesterday. He had lost his air conditioning in a home he had recently purchased. On Thursday they sent a young man over to check out his system and suggest options on brands and cost. On Saturday of the 4th of July weekend they sent over a team and installed the new system. The installations was outstanding. Every one we dealt with at Cousins were excellent. My son and his family are now once again cool and comfortable and can sleep again in their home. We are a Cousins fan forever!!

My experience with Kyle was extremely positive. Because of an AC problem, my home was 82 degrees at 10:00 at night. AMAZING! We just had our air conditioner unit installed with Cousins and I can honestly say that the service we received was incredible. Jimmy was able to give us an honest quote and not "up-sell" us what we did not need, but rather what would be the most reliable and best unit for our home. Our installation was seamless and the technicians were so polite and professional. We had Jean, Lorenzo and Andrew and they did a wonderful job. from start to finish! I cannot recommend this company enough and I am so happy with their services!

Mike came to our residence to repair our AC and he was so friendly, pleasant, professional, and competent.
